Throughout the search process, there is close contact between the client and the consultant. Consistent communication is maintained as we conduct re-search, set targets, develop, qualify and present precise candidates for consideration, conduct reference checks, and perform follow-ups after placements.
We provide the critical element of objectivity in both the development of an appropriate position description and in the evaluation of internal and external candidates.
Identifying the best candidates can be costly and time consuming. While we are committed to providing broad and in-depth searches, we are mindful that timeliness is of mutual interest. While balancing the potentially competing objectives of thoroughness we also remain competitive with major City Center Agencies due to lower operating costs in the Fraser Valley.
Daily we find ourselves engaged in sensitive searches that may only become common knowledge when the assignment is completed, therefore we adhere to the strictest standards of confidentiality.
MEET THE TEAM
Dave Semple, Director of Labour & Finance
Dave Semple assists with the management of Valley’s labour and dispatch desk, is our “numbers guy”, drives many our temporary workers to and from their daily jobs and also finds time to serve as our IT guy! For obvious reasons, we don’t put his job title on his business cards. Dave has firsthand experience in the operations of our labour clients, having worked (very hard) as a temporary worker for Valley back in 2007. Dave has an Advanced Business Management and E-Commerce diploma from Sprott Shaw College and lives in Abbotsford.
