Our client, located in central Abbotsford, is looking to add a new member to their existing team. This is due to the growth in their business and their ongoing commitment to customer service and quality control.
This is a position of responsibility, requiring strong administration experience and a practical and solutions-based approach to all aspects of the role. This position involves varied functions, including coordination of time-sensitive matters as well as handling confidential and sensitive information. You will be required to build good working relationships and communications within the organization.
Key aspects of the role include; answering phones, redirecting calls, customer service, processing files, utilizing MS Office, supporting other team members, correspondence and document preparation, faxing, copying, and scanning documents.
You must have 3+ years of administrative experience, strong working proficiency with MS Office, and have the ability to manage tight deadlines. You have a mature, professional attitude when dealing with the public and are diplomatic and tactful when required.
Please note that this role requires the ability to manage movement between floors by utilizing stairs. There are no elevators in the building.
This position is a Tuesday to Saturday schedule, 830-5
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Benefits after 3 months.
Salary: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
