Company in Abbotsford, BC is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable/Receptionist for their head office. This is a temporary role covering an existing employee’s shift.

You are comfortable dealing with AP full cycle responsibilities, all the way through to cheque runs and you must have experience with Sage 50.


Job Responsibilities

  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Paying vendors by scheduling cheque runs.
  • Some reception work, low volume calls and guests.
  • Work with other team members in accounting.


Work location: In person.

Hours of work: 24 hours per week.

Contract Duration: 3 Weeks.
