Our client in Chilliwack is looking for a part-time Receptionist to manage their Front Desk. This would be a permanent role, 20-30 hours per week with some flexibility on days and hours.
You would bring 2+ years of Reception experience, including managing a multiline phone, dealing with all incoming email, distribution of information to the team, and meet and greet all visitors to the business.
You have strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel, excellent customer service, a positive attitude and the ability to laugh out loud!
Other requirements would include access to a vehicle, the ability to manage a timeline, strong organizational skills and a minimum of 50 WPM.
Any accounting experience would be considered an asset.
Pay rate is based on your experience, $18-$24 per hour.
