Our client in Port Kells is looking for office support on a part-time basis, 2 days per week, flexible days.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a basic understanding of AP, AR, QuickBooks, MS Office and Administration. Other responsibilities would be filing, archiving files, set up new files, and keeping an orderly office. Strong communication skills are a must as you will be a backup contact for the business. You will be working closely with the Office Manager to ensure that you have effective support and a positive learning environment.

The hours are best suited to an early bird as the office is open from 6-3 but they are flexible to start times. Parking is available.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 /hour
