Our client in Abbotsford is looking for a seasoned Administrator with a background in Property Management and Accounting (AP/AR). The company is an established Property Management Group with buildings located in Langley, Abbotsford and Chilliwack. Our client pride themselves on quality customer service, excellence in Building Management and the long tenure of their current employees.

The role will require excellent document handling, an eye for detail, the ability to manage rents and deposits, and above all you must be an excellent communicator. Your role is internal, but you will be the liaison between building managers, the controller, sales personnel and administration. You must be a positive, outgoing, team member with a great attitude and work ethic.

An Intermediate to Advanced level of MS Office and a minimum of 2 years working with Accounts Payable and Receivables will support your success in this role. You will report to the Controller with input from ownership. Custom software training will be provided.

This position is full time and permanent, Monday – Friday, and the start time is flexible, so if you need to drop off the kids in the morning, it won’t be an issue.

Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
