Our client in Abbotsford is looking for an experienced Administrator with a Legal background. You don’t need to have been a Legal Assistant or Paralegal but should have some familiarity with terminology and contracts.

Your role will be to support the legal team with typing, filing, binding, data collection and various ad hoc requests. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills are necessary to be successful in the role and special attention will be paid to Advanced Word and Excel skills. This role requires above-average communication talents as you may be dealing with external/client discussions. Professional behaviour, business dress code and attention to detail is also a requirement as you will be working in a professional office setting. If you have basic accounting skills that would be a great asset as well.

This company was terrific room for advancement, so if you are at a more senior level there is room for you here.

Start date is mid-September, and the pay rate is $45,000-$55,000 per annum with vacation allotment and a very flexible work schedule. This company will support further education opportunities. The office is transit-friendly but does supply free parking for a vehicle.
